Rates Includes :

• Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% service tax.
• Rates are inclusive of Breakfast.
• Complimentary Car Parking Lot.
• Coffee & Tea making facilities in rooms.


Terms & Conditions :

• A Surcharge of RM80.00 nett per room per night is applicable from 30 March 2010 to 04 April 2010.
• All rooms are required to be guaranteed with one night advance deposit (non-refundable) by either cash or credit card upon making reservation in order for us to hold the rooms.
• No Show of confirmed and guaranteed reservation is subject to one night charge and the deposit will be forfeited.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel or release any bookings which have not been guaranteed.
• No charge for children under 12 years old sharing same room with parents (without extra bed )
• Check-out time : 12 noon.
• Check-in time : After 2pm.
• Hotel provides Internet Broadband connections with a charge of RM50.00 per day.
• Rates is applicable for local and overseas market alike.
• Major credit cards accepted: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners, JCB.
• All bookings are to be guaranteed with an acceptable valid credit card. Booking without Credit Card Details will not be entertained.
• All rooms reservation are subject to availability, hence prior reservations is required.
• The hotel reserves the rights to cancel or release any booking made that have not been guaranteed with credit card details.
• Baby cot is free of charge.
